TailStory
One photo becomes a structured profile. A tap or a sentence keeps it current. That record then answers, travels, and buys.
That asks the busiest person in the household to become a data-entry clerk in exchange for a chart. They fill in four fields, abandon the fifth, log for three days, and stop.
A photo becomes a profile. A spoken sentence becomes three logs. One tap records a whole ordinary day, because we learned what ordinary looks like. Miss a day and nothing turns red.

The model may say what it sees — colour, consistency, blood, discharge, swelling — in closed enumerations. What that means is a row in a unit-tested clinical table.
| What is seen | Signal code | Band |

| green, soft or liquid | stool_green_loose | MONITOR |
| brown, formed | stool_normal | NORMAL |

TailStory Doctor answers out of a curated corpus of veterinary and animal-behaviour books that we ingested and indexed ourselves — and every answer names the book it came from.
Expo / React Native on iOS and Android, a modular NestJS API with Supabase and pgvector on our own infrastructure, and one swappable AI provider behind a single module. Built end to end by the founding team, no agencies.
Someone typing a second animal's name has already decided this is where their animals live. Roughly a third of pet-owning households have more than one — and they spend more, switch less, and visit a vet more often.
Single-pet users keep a complete product, forever. That is not generosity: it is what keeps the funnel and the affiliate line alive.
Sitters, pet hotels, shops and vets apply, get vetted, and subscribe for a verified profile and sponsored placement — always labelled Sponsored, never a paid deletion of a real review. It earns before a single booking button exists, a booking commission layers on top once reservations go live — and it distributes: every partner that joins brings its own clients, and every client's pet starts a new record.

The first tranche of a €600K pre-seed. €350K funds months 0–11: instrument the funnel, ship the subscription, and open sitter reservations in Amsterdam. Every euro has a job:
One photo, and a pet has a record that gets more valuable every week it exists — to its owner, to everyone its owner lets in, and for sale to nobody.
